Low Vision Aids

Tony Samuels has for many years had a keen interest in prescribing aids for low vision - in fact many years ago he set up the low vision clinic at the Walsll Manor Hospital.

He specialises in supplying low vision aids for conditions such as macular degeneration, glaucoma and retinitis pigmentosa which are not available through the NHS. The latest technology has meant that new aids are available that only a few years ago were unheard of, meaning that Tony is now able to offer help to many people who could not be previously helped with conventional aids. Their small size and ease of use means that children and elderly people can now be prescribed low vision aids with much greater ease of use and success.
